We had a "holly jolly" time at this past Wednesday’s Kiwanis meeting! 🎄🎶
Our annual Christmas program was filled with incredible music, storytelling, and some friendly competition. 43 Kiwanians cast their votes to recognize members who truly embody the holiday spirit.
Congratulations to our Spirit of Christmas winners! 🏆
*Santa Claus: Randy Williams (for that jolly, hearty laugh!)
*The Elf: Faye Dodson (always busy behind the scenes)
*Jingle Bells: Liz Gray (festive and joyful)
*Our Angels: Kate Bradshaw, Jamie Breed, and Nancy Miller (self-explanatory)
*Ralphy (A Christmas Story): Bill Hoogstra (nostalgic, remembering days of old)
*George Bailey (It’s a Wonderful Life): Jerry Carter (dependable, hard-working)
*Rudolph: Melvin Martin (always coming to the rescue!)
*The Christmas Spirit: Randy Roewe (giving and serving spirit of Kiwanis)
Check out the highlight video below! Merry Christmas!

This past Tuesday night was all about family, love, and a little holiday magic!
For the 4th year in a row, the Kiwanis Club of Abilene had the honor of hosting "Christmas in the City" at Safety City for the wonderful families of Christian Homes & Family Services. Our goal is simple: give these families a night to relax, have fun for free, and feel loved for all the amazing things they do.
From the scavenger hunt and "snowball" cornhole to cookie decorating and crafts (and plenty of Chick-fil-A nuggets!), the smiles on these kids' faces said it all.
We are so grateful to play a small part in making their holiday season a little brighter.
