Yesterday, Sam Nichols provided an update on the Basketball Smiles Camp held in the Caribbean this summer. More than 12,000 children have attended these summer camps over the past 26 years. He communicated that our club's donation provided ice and water this year. He shared a wonderful video highlighting some of the students who participated, thanked club members for the continued support, and presented the club with a terrific banner signed by so many of the 225 campers who attended.

Congratulations to three-time Big Country Spelling Bee Champion, Sariah Titus! Sariah, now an 8th grader at Wylie Middle School, recently shared her experiences at the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C. with our club. She made it to the quarter-finals, placing 58th out of 243 spellers. We are so proud to have supported her journey and are thrilled she shared her incredible experience with us!
