We hope you will join us for our 74th Annual Pancake Day, coming up on Saturday, April 27th, at the Abilene Convention Center! There is a 100% Chance of Pancakes starting at 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. with a brief intermission, and then it will start back up from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Whether you are a breakfast-for-breakfast or a breakfast-for-dinner kind of person, we’ve got you covered!
Pancake Day is our annual fundraiser. All proceeds from this signature project go back to the community. The Kiwanis Club of Abilene is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children in Abilene, and we hope you will join us for this year’s Pancake Day! You may purchase your tickets in advance for $7 or $8 at the door. Children under 5, accompanied by a paying adult, eat free. To purchase tickets online, click on this link: https://secure.acceptiva.com/?cst=90c1a0, or you may purchase them from any Kiwanian.

We were thrilled to welcome Abilene's new Chief of Police, Rondell Seratte, to our meeting this week. Chief Melvin Martin introduced him to the club. Chief Seratte shared his inspiring career journey and his vision for our community. His passion for his officers and our city is evident, and we're excited about the leadership he'll bring to the Abilene Police Department.
We also want to thank the wonderful ladies who greeted us warmly at the door: Faith Nelson, Kerrin Browning, Cynthia Laster, and Janis Thompson. Your hospitality made everyone feel welcome! ... See MoreSee Less
